  • Thinking

Hey, despite the fact that I actually suck at thinking, I think I'm slowly realizing how much I actually enjoy thinking. It'd be hard to agree for some of you as you know how much time I spend on watching Korean shows and dramas, but I think I celebrate more deeply on a piece of good information more than a piece of inspirational song. Thinking and knowing actually liberates me a lot. It's just that it takes a lot more effort to intake them compare to a musical piece. If I learn the mechanism to intake information more readily (i.e. reading), life could easily take another route for me. Easily...Well, we'll see.

  • Healing Spiritual Paralysis

    Mark 2: 1-12

Want to experience spiritual healing? You need to meet God.
Want to meet God? You need to pray.
Want to pray? You need to give up the essentials in your life.

Friends of the paralytic didn't just wait in line or blame Jesus to meet God. They lifted up the roof, an essential part of house.
You shouldn't wait until your schedule clears up or blame worship leaders to meet God. Lift up your food, an essential part of your body.

Boring? Cliche? You don't think that's necessary? Then, you don't believe in the power of prayer. If you don't believe in the power of prayer, then what do you believe in?

  • Ezra, Ezra, Ezra...

    Leaving Everything Behind

    Passage: Luke 5: 1-11

Message: Why did Jesus require Peter to leave everything behind to follow Jesus? Couldn’t Jesus, in his loving kindness, join Peter to bless his fishing business? Instead, Jesus required Peter to leave everything behind including his wife, his business, and his hometown because Jesus knew that a life devoted to catching people for God was worthier than catching fishes for himself. So many times, we try to let God serve our plans. However, we need to let ourselves serve God’s plan instead.
